Objectives and Development Foundation

The Museum of Arts Foundation focuses its goal in the collection, cataloging, study and dissemination of graphic art from its origins to today.

In this sense, it is of interest to you:

  • Promote collecting stamps in and through the Foundation. In addition to the care of the collection itself located in the cabinet of prints, graphic guard this heritage, preserve and spread, the museum expands its funds annually. Therefore, the collection is open to new acquisitions, served under specific conditions of maintenance, studied and cataloged so as to properly use computerized those in need of their funds. The edition of catalogs, books and exhibitions as well as each prints individualized studies are faithful argument universal and public.
  • Generate activities focused in the field of art history understanding that the stamp is an element of artistic value in itself but also aesthetic and iconographic diffuser arguments in historical discourse.
